We realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While produce an attire is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or exchange the item followed by valid reasons below :
- tear of the item upon arrival
- discolouring on the item
- stretched marks on the item
Returns should be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt . Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
Only item purchased from BELLO SCARVES are entitle for refund or exchange
Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”,”I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
Colours displayed on the site may vary depends on the device used by customers, camera setting or lighting during photoshoot session
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund/exchange policy.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or promotion price are non-returnable.
Please note :
· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be informed that we DO NOT ACCEPT cancellation for any order once payment has been made. If you have made a mistake in your order (example: chose the wrong size) or a typing error in your details (example: wrong address or phone number), please feel free to contact our Admins via Whatsapp at 010 – 343 4409. We will be happy to assist you to edit your order subject to item still not yet process of pick and pack.
